WiFi connection was inconsistent in the room.

I had a lovely stay. The location was perfect for exploring, with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh fruits and baked goods. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Carvallo had a fantastic location right in the heart of Old Cuenca. I loved the spaciousness and comfort of my room. it was bright and inviting. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast each morning was a treat with fresh juices, fruits, and hot dishes. I also appreciated the beautiful decor that blended classic elements with wooden accents. One downside, though, was the lack of an elevator, which might be tough for anyone with mobility issues. The WiFi could be spotty at times, making it a bit tricky to plan my day. Still, I felt immersed in the local charm and culture throughout my stay.

Hotel Carvallo in Cuenca offered an excellent location near Parque Calderon. The staff provided excellent service While I missed an in-house evening dining option, the breakfast was quite satisfying. I enjoyed every moment there.

great location , but some improvements needed

The location was perfect, just steps from the vibrant square. The staff genuinely cared for our comfort, making our stay very pleasant. The shower was particularly impressive. it offered a fantastic water pressure that made every wash feel luxurious. I also enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings.

The breakfast hours could be extended for more flexibility.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this charming spot! We loved exploring the nearby museums and taking a scenic bike tour. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing—I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The only downside was that the WiFi connection was a bit spotty in our room at times, which made planning our activities a little tricky.
